Return Policy

We understand that from time to time you may purchase an item that does not suit you in the way you would like. This is why we have done our best to put in place a return item policy that is helpful to you.

Wildlac will provide a refund or exchange for your items within 7 days of receipt of the product by the customer. Any refund or exchange request sent beyond these 7 days will not be accepted.

Exchange requests will be processed within 2-3 weeks (may be longer during holidays, sale periods, launch events) from the time the item is received and confirmation of receipt is provided to the customer.

Refunds (less shipping cost and customs / duty fees) will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt of item and confirmation of receipt (may be longer during holidays, sales periods , launch events); PLUS any additional processing time your financial institution needs to process the request.

The customer is responsible for returning the item (s) to us for exchange or refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded (including import or export customs charges).

Any item returned to us by the delivery company due to an incorrect address will be subject to additional shipping charges payable by the customer before it is shipped  to them.

Order cancellation

If you change your mind after ordering or if you order the wrong item, you should notify us by email at contact@wildlac.com within 24 hours of ordering. A full refund will be provided. If the cancellation request is received after 24 hours, the order will not be canceled.
